Why we built this

After managing hundreds of office moves across the UK, we noticed the same thing every time: businesses would start planning their move far too late, miss critical steps, and end up stressed and over budget.

The information you need to plan a move well isn't complicated — but it is scattered across dozens of websites, most of which are trying to sell you something before they've actually helped you.

We built ClearPlan to fix that. A genuinely useful tool that gives you a personalised plan, timeline and cost estimate — for free, with no signup required.
